Greensboro Arts & Events wanted to learn more about how their work impacts the lives of citizens and visitors. What events are working, which areas could use more attention, and what are people really connecting with. We were able to leverage our listening platform, and dispatch our own street team to collect feedback on events like The Folk Festival.
MuniVision now works to help them more clearly understand the broader sentiment in the market, how best to communicate to their market, and ensure that all efforts being planned are tightly tied to their larger mission of delivering high-quality, educational, and entertaining content to all citizens and visitors.
